By accessing or using the DOMEVO platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of such modifications.
2. Marketplace Role
DOMEVO operates as a curated digital marketplace connecting homeowners, interior designers, and trade professionals with premium luxury manufacturers and independent installers. DOMEVO is a facilitator and platform provider; we do not manufacture products directly, nor do we directly perform installation services.
3. Quotes & Illustrative Planning
Prices displayed as "illustrative planning ranges" or generated through our AI Design Studio are estimates designed for budgetary guidance. They do not constitute binding offers. Final pricing is established only through a formally accepted Quote, which factors in real-time freight, manufacturer cost, and local installation conditions.
4. Orders, Deposits & Payments
Once a Quote is accepted, a deposit may be required to initiate production. All orders for custom or made-to-order luxury goods are strictly non-refundable once production commences. Payments must be processed securely through our platform. DOMEVO facilitates the collection of payments and manages disbursements to partners according to our payment schedules.
5. Delivery & Logistics
We coordinate white-glove delivery and freight logistics through third-party carriers. Estimated delivery times are projections, not guarantees. You are responsible for ensuring clear access for delivery. Any freight claims or damages must be reported via the DOMEVO portal immediately upon receipt.
6. Installation Services
Installation services arranged through the platform are performed by independent, licensed contractors within our vetted network. While DOMEVO orchestrates scheduling and completion tracking, the installer bears ultimate liability for the workmanship and structural integrity of the installation.
7. Warranties
Products purchased through DOMEVO are subject to their respective manufacturer's warranties. DOMEVO provides a portal interface for you to register products and file warranty claims directly with the manufacturer. DOMEVO does not provide any independent implied warranty on goods.
8. Financing Introductions
DOMEVO may provide introductions to approved third-party financing providers to assist with project costs. DOMEVO is strictly an introductory portal; we are not a lender, broker, or financial institution. We do not set APRs, determine creditworthiness, or issue monthly payment terms. All financing agreements are solely between you and the third-party provider.
9. AI Design Studio & Concierge
Outputs generated by the AI Design Studio and AI Concierge — including 2D floor plans, 3D models, layout suggestions, and product recommendations — are conceptual and illustrative. They are not structural, architectural, or engineering documents. Always consult a licensed professional before making structural modifications to your home.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DOMEVO or its licensors. By uploading photos or plans to the platform, you grant DOMEVO a license to process and utilize them to generate your project deliverables.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOMEVO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, the performance of third-party installers, or delays in manufacturing and delivery.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify. The arbitration will be conducted confidentially by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator.
